Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunohistochemistry (frozen). Not recommended for Western Blot. Immunocytochemistry: 1:20-1:50 using acetone-fixed cytospin preparations. Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections): 1:20 dilution using acetone fixed frozen sections followed by incubation with rabbit anti-mouse IgG and a monoclonal mouse APAAP complex. Cannot be used on formaldehyde-fixed paraffin-embedded human tissues and tumors.
