UsageText :
Suitable for use in Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:20 dilution on acetone fixed frozen sections followed by incubation with rabbit anti-mouse IgG and a monoclonal mouse APAAP complex. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): Use on formaldehyde-fixed paraffin-embedded human tissues and tumors after pretreatment with 10 mM citric acid, pH 6.0, for 20 min. Immunocytochemistry: 1:20-1:50 on acetone fixed cytospin preparations.
