p53 (Ab-6) (Pantropic) antibody | knockout validation | Calbiochem OP43

This is a knockout-validated antibody summary, based on the publication "GRWD1 negatively regulates p53 via the RPL11-MDM2 pathway and promotes tumorigenesis" [1] and publication "Human EHMT2/G9a activates p53 through methylation-independent mechanism" [2]. Labome curates formal publications to compile a list of antibodies with unambiguous specificity within Validated Antibody Database (VAD).
