This is a knockout-validated antibody summary, based on publications "The oxidized phospholipid oxPAPC protects from septic shock by targeting the non-canonical inflammasome in macrophages" [1] (see figure 6b in the article) and "Inflammatory caspases are innate immune receptors for intracellular LPS", as discussed below [2].
