cGAS antibody | knockout validation | Cell Signaling 15102

This is a knockout-validated antibody summary, based on two publications "Phosphoinositide Interactions Position cGAS at the Plasma Membrane to Ensure Efficient Distinction between Self- and Viral DNA", as cited below [1], "Human Cytomegalovirus Immediate Early 86-kDa Protein Blocks Transcription and Induces Degradation of the Immature Interleukin-1β Protein during Virion-Mediated Activation of the AIM2 Inflammasome" (Western blot, Figure 3a) [2], "STING-dependent paracriny shapes apoptotic priming of breast tumors in response to anti-mitotic treatment" for western blot knockout validation (figure 1b) [3] and "Phosphorylation and chromatin tethering prevent cGAS activation during mitosis" for western blot knockout validation (figure 2a) [4]. Labome curates formal publications to compile a list of antibodies with unambiguous specificity within Validated Antibody Database (VAD).
