Samples were lysed in buffer containing HEPES (50 mmol l-1), NaCl (150 mmol l-1), 1% Triton X-100, 10% glycerol, MgCl2 (1.5 mmol l-1), EGTA (1 mmol l-1), EDTA (5 mmol l-1), Na4P2O7 (0.27 g ml-1), aprotinin (5 mg ml-1), prostatin A (1 mg ml-1), antipan (1 mg ml-1), leupeptin (10 mg ml-1), phenylmethyl sulfonyl fluoride (1 mg ml-1), b-glycerol phosphate (2 mmol l-1), NaF (10 mmol l-1) and Na3VO4 (2 mmol l-1).

1:2,000 dilution.

1:5,000 dilution HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies (NA9340, GE).
