Control and Wisp2-sgRNA-BMSC transplanted rat livers. Rat livers were snap-frozen in OCT for sectioning.

10% goat serum/1% Triton X-100.

10μg/ml.

Secondary incubation

2.5μg/ml of fluorophore-conjugated secondary antibodies (Invitrogen, A-21424).

Detection

Confocal and fluorescence microscope.
