Control and WDR81-KO HeLa cells. Cell were lysed in 1% Triton X‐100 in TBS with 0.5 mm phenylmethylsulfonyl fluoride (PMSF), 10 mm iodoacetamide (IAA), and Roche complete protease inhibitor for 30 min on ice.

Blocking agent

5% milk (Marvel) in PBS/0.2% Tween.

Secondary incubation

Goat anti‐rabbit‐HRP (Jackson ImmunoResearch, 111‐035‐144).

Detection

SuperSignal West Pico chemiluminescent substrate (Thermo Fisher Scientific) and X‐ray films.
