BAT adipocytes from WT or UCP1-KO mice.

Blocking agent

3% normal donkey serum, 2% BSA, 0.25% Triton X-100 in DPBS under gentle agitation.

Primary incubation

1:300 dilution for 1 h.

Secondary incubation

Primary antibody was conjugated to Alexa647 (ThermoFisher Alexa Fluor 647 antibody labeling kit A20186).

Detection

Inverted confocal Zeiss LSM 700 or LSM 880 confocal laser scanning microscope using the ZEN software (Carl Zeiss, Germany).
