Enriched mouse intestinal epithelial cells from Tfr1fl/fl control and Tfr1IEC-KO mice. Cells were lysed and sonicated in 150 mM Na chloride, 1.0% Triton X-100, and 50 mM Tris.

Primary incubation

1:1,000 in PBST.

Secondary incubation

Anti-mouse HRP-linked IgG (GE Healthcare, NA931V) diluted 1:1,000 in PBST.

Detection

ECL Western Blotting Detection Kit (GE Healthcare, RPN2106).
