Secondary incubation

IF: 2 μg/mL secondary antibodies anti-mouse IgG-Alexa594 or -Alexa 488 (A-11032, A-11001, ThermoFisher Scientific).

IF: Fluorescence laser confocal microscopy (Nikon C2 microscope).
