Sample

Perihematomal brain tissues from WT, A20-/-, LV-A20 and LV-GFP mice. Tissues were lysed in RIPA buffer.

Blocking agent

5% skim milk.

Primary incubation

1:200 dilution overnight at at 4˚C.

Secondary incubation

HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary Abs (1:200; Millipore) at 25˚C for 1.5 h.

Detection

Chemiluminescence detection system.

Protein lysates from WT, A20-/-, LV-A20 and LV-GFP groups at 1, 3, and 7 days after intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) were subjected to immunoblotting with antibodies to A20 and GAPDH (loading control). Please see Figure 6b in the article [1].
