5% non-fat dry milk in T-PBS (PBS + 0.05% Tween 20) for 1 h at room temperature.

Primary incubation

Overnight.

Secondary incubation

HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (H + L) (170–6515, Bio-Rad Laboratories) for 1 h at room temperature.

Detection

Immun-Star WesternC Kit (Bio-Rad Laboratories).
