Validation Method

Western blot

Sample

WT and Syt7 knockout mice brains. Tissues were removed and post-fixed in PFA overnight before sectioning.

Blocking agent

4% Normal Goat Serum in 0.1 % triton X-100 for 1 hr at room temperature.

Primary incubation

1:100 dilution (1 μg/mL) overnight at 4°C.

Secondary incubation

Anti-Mouse-AlexaFluor647 (Abcam ab150115) for 2 hrs at room temperature.

Detection

Olympus Fluoview1000 confocal microscope.
