1:200 dilution.

Secondary incubation

1:200 dilution biotinylated secondary antibodies (E0466; Dako).

Detection

1:200 dilution streptavidin-horseradish peroxidase solution (P0397; Dako) and incubated with the chromogen AEC (3-amino-9-ethylcarbazole, K3461, Dako).
