Wild-type, Snail1 KO1 and and Snail1 recovered RMG1 cells. Cells were lysed in sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) gel sample buffer.

5% non-fat milk in Tris-buffered saline (TBS).

Primary incubation

1:1,000 dilution overnight.

Secondary incubation

Anti-mouse horseradish peroxidase conjugates (Jackson Immunoresearch Laboratories, Inc, West Grove, PA).

Detection

Enhanced chemiluminescence (ECL) (PRN 2106, GE Healthcare, Wauwatosa WI).
