Secondary incubation

Anti-rabbit IgG horseradish peroxidase-conjugated antibody (7074, Cell Signaling Technology) for 1 h at room temperature .

Detection

Amersham ECL Prime Western Blotting Detection Reagent (GE Healthcare, Little Chalfont, UK), and the membrane was visualized using an MF-ChemiBIS 3.2 imaging system (DNR Bio-Imaging Systems, Ltd., Israel).
