This is a knockout-validated antibody summary, based on the publication "LKB1 Is an Essential Regulator of Spermatozoa Release during Spermiation in the Mammalian Testis", as cited below [1]. Labome curates formal publications to compile a list of antibodies with unambiguous specificity within Validated Antibody Database (VAD).

Company

Santa Cruz Biotechnology.

Antibody

LKB1 mouse monoclonal.

Clone

Ley 37D/G6.

Catalogue No

Catalogue No is SC-32245.

Summary

Mouse monoclonal antibody raised against total recombinant LKB1 of human origin from Santa Cruz Biotechnology, was used in western blot experiments [1]. Western blot analysis of tissue homogenates from LKB1SKO mice, using this antibody, shows that LKB1 was undetectable in testis, brain and liver of LKB1SKO mice.
