This is a knockout-validated antibody summary, based on the publication "Glutamylation of the DNA sensor cGAS regulates its binding and synthase activity in antiviral immunity", as cited below [1]. Labome curates formal publications to compile a list of antibodies with unambiguous specificity within Validated Antibody Database (VAD).

Summary

Western blot analysis [1] of CCP1, CCP2, CCP3, CCP4, CCP5, CCP6 and TTLL4, TTLL6 in bone marrow derived macrophages (BMDMs) of mice with CCP1, CCP2, CCP3, CCP4, CCP5, CCP6, TTLL4 or TTLL6 gene knocked out, respectively, using antibodies from SCBT and Abnova showed absence of respective proteins.

Experimental design
Technique

Western Blot.

Sample

Bone marrow derived macrophages (BMDMs).

Figure

See Figure 1 in [1] for western blot with CCP1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 antibody, and see Figure 4 in [1] for western blot with TTLL4 or 6 antibody.
