WT and HEK293T SIRT1-knockout cells. Cells were lysed in ice-cold NP-40 buffer containing 50 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.4), 150 mM NaCl, 0.5% NP-40, 1 μg/ml Aprotinin, 1 μg/ml Leupeptin, 1 μg/ml Pepstatin, 1 mM Na3VO4, 50 mM NaF and 1 mM phenylmethylsulfonyl fluoride.

Primary incubation

1:1,000 dilution.
