Sample

Parental STC-1 cells and SCGN KO cells.

ICC: Cells were fixed with ice-cold fixing solution (4% paraformaldehyde in PBS) for 30 min.

Blocking agent

ICC: Blocking buffer (PBS and 3% goat serum – Vector Labs) for 30 min.

Primary incubation

ICC: Diluted in blocking buffer overnight.

Secondary incubation

ICC: Goat anti-mouse Alexa Fluor 488 (Invitrogen).

Detection

ICC: Nikon A1R confocal laser microscope system.
