Control and RING1A knockout 293T cells. Cells were lysed in cell lysis buffer (50 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0), 150 mM NaCl, 1 mM EDTA, 1% Nonidet P-40, 2 mM MgCl2, 8 U benzonase, and 10% glycerol with protease inhibitor mixture) for 30 min.

Primary incubation

1:1,000 dilution.

Detection

Luminata Crescendo Western HRP substrate (Millipore) was used for protein detection.
