Sample

WT and Rab25-KO mouse skin.

Blocking agent

3% H2O2 for 30 min followed by protein block serum-free (X0909, DAKO) for 1-2 h at room temperature. M.O.M (BMK-2202, Vector Laboratories, Burlingame, CA, USA) reagent for 1 h was performed with mouse primary antibodies.

Primary incubation

1:10,000 dilution overnight at 4°C.

Secondary incubation

HRP-conjugated secondary antibody (K4001/K4003, DAKO) for 15 min at room temperature.
