Eye lenses from control and Rbpj-KO mouse embryos. Lenses were lysed in RIPA buffer (50 mM Tris-HCl pH 8.0, 150 mM NaCl, 0.5% sodium deoxycholate, 0.1% SDS, 1% NP40) containing Complete protease inhibitors (Sigma 11697498001).

Primary incubation

1:500 dilution.

Secondary incubation

1:5,000 dilution HRP-conjugated anti-rat IgG secondary antibodies (Jackson Immunoresearch, 112-035-175).

Detection

Supersignal West Pico Chemiluminescent substrate kit (Thermo Scientific, 34078), Kodak standard x-ray film and film developer.
