1:15 dilution in for 2 days at 4°C in a mixture of primary antibodies raised in different species in 2%NGS/0.3% Triton X-100 in 0.12M PB at 4°C.

Secondary incubation

fluorophore conjugated secondary antibodies in 2%NGS/ 0.3%Triton in 0.12M PB for 1 hour at RT.

Detection

laser scanning confocal microscope.
