Sample

WT and Paxx knockout v-abl pro-B cells. Cells were lysed using RIPA cell lysis reagent (Thermo Fisher Scientific) and protease inhibitors cocktail (Sigma-Aldrich).

Blocking agent

5% non-fat dried milk in TBS containing 0.05% Tween-20 buffer for 1 hr at room temperature.

Primary incubation

1:1,000 dilution overnight at 4°C.

Secondary incubation

1:20,000 dilution HRP-conjugated antibodies (#7074, Cell Signaling Technology) for 1 hr at room temperature.

Detection

WesternBright Sirius substrate (Advansta).
