WT and NRP2-KO mouse bone marrow-derived osteoclasts.

Blocking agent

5% non-fat dry milk in 1X TBST (1X Tris Buffered Saline, 0.1% Tween-20) for at least 30min.

Primary incubation

diluted in 1X PBS overnight at 4°C with continuous shaking at low speed.

Secondary incubation

conjugated with HRP for 1h in 1X TBST with continuous shaking at low speed at room temperature..

Detection

SuperSignal™ West Femto Maximum Sensitivity Substrate and SuperSignal™ Pico Maximum Sensitivity Substrate captured on an X-ray film.
