Western blot

Nedd4+/+ or nedd4-/- MEFs. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer supplemented with protease inhibitor cocktail and PhosSTOP (Roche, 4906837001) on ice for 10 min.

PBS supplemented with 0.1% Tween-20 (Sigma-Aldrich, P1379) and 5% BSA.

Diluted in blocking buffer at 4°C overnight.

Diluted in blocking buffer at RT for 1 h.

ECL detection Kit (ThermoFisher Scientific, 34094), exposed with ChemiDoc (Bio-Rad Laboratories, Germany).
