Sample

WT and Nrf2 KO mouse colon tissues.

Blocking agent

5% bovine serum albumin (BSA) in TBST (20 mM Tris, 150 mM NaCl, containing 0.1% Tween-20, pH 7.4) for 1 h.

Primary incubation

1:2,000 dilution in TBST with 5% BSA at 4°C overnight.

Secondary incubation

Horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-conjugated secondary antibody at room temperature for 1 h.

Detection

Enhanced chemiluminescence (ECL) reagent and visualized using a ChemiDoc MP (Bio-Rad).
