Sample

WT and Notch1 conditional knockout (N1cKO) mice. Tissues were formalin fixed, embedded in paraffin and cut into sections of 4 um thickness.

Blocking agent

Endogenous peroxidase activity was quenched with 3% hydrogen peroxide for 10 min.

Primary incubation

1:500 dilution.

Secondary incubation

Secondary antibodies from EnVision™ (Dako).
