Blocking agent

For 30 min at 37 °C.

Primary incubation

1:1,000 dilution for 1h at room temperature (RT).

Secondary incubation

1:20,000 dilution (Jackson ImmunoResearch Laboratories, #111035144) in TBS-Tween for 30 min at RT.

Detection

Clarity Western ECL Substrate (Bio-Rad #1705061) and exposing with ChemiDoc XRS+ (Bio-Rad).
