This is a knockout-validated antibody summary, based on the publication "BRCA1 regulates PIG3-mediated apoptosis in a p53-dependent manner", as cited below [1]. Labome curates formal publications to compile a list of antibodies with unambiguous specificity within Validated Antibody Database (VAD).

Rabbit monoclonal IgG
Company: Abcam
Antibody: Mutant p53
Catalog number: ab32049
Summary: Rabbit monoclonal IgG against a synthetic peptide corresponding to human mutant p53 aa 1-100 (N terminal). Recognizes human mutant forms of p53 but not human p53 wild type. Suitable for western blot, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry (paraffin), immunoprecipitation and flow cytometry.
