WB: 5% bovine serum albumin (BSA) in Tris-buffered saline/0.1% Tween 20 (TBS-T) for 1 hr at room temperature.
ICC: 1x PBS + 5% Normal goat serum + 0.3% Triton-X100) for 1 hr at room temperature.
WB: 1:2,000 dilution in 5% BSA in TBS-T (20 mM Tris, 150 mM NaCl, 0.05% Tween 20) overnight at 4°C.
ICC: 1:200 dilution in 1xPBS + 1% BSA + 0,3% Triton-X overnight at 4°C.
WB: 1:15,000 dilution anti-mouse IgG(H+L) DyLight 800 conjugate (Cell Signaling Technologies, #5257).
ICC: for 1 hr at room temperature.
WB: Odyssey CLx Imager (LICOR Biosciences).
