Blocking agent

5% (w/v) skim milk in TBS containing 0.1% (v/v) Tween 20 for 1 h.

Primary incubation

Overnight.

Secondary incubation

HRP‐labelled secondary antibodies.

Detection

ECL and X‐ray films.
