This is a knockout-validated antibody summary, based on the publication "MMP-3 Deficiency Alleviates Endotoxin-Induced Acute Inflammation in the Posterior Eye Segment", as cited below [1]. Labome curates formal publications to compile a list of antibodies with unambiguous specificity within Validated Antibody Database (VAD).

Rabbit monoclonal IgG
Company: Abcam
Antibody: MMP3
Catalog number: ab52915
Summary: Rabbit monoclonal IgG against a synthetic peptide corresponding to human MMP3 (aa 450 to the C-terminus). Reacts with mouse, rat, and human. Suitable for western blot, immunohistochemistry (paraffin) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence.
Western blot
