Brain, kidney, and lung tissue from WT, Lrrk2 KO and G2019S Lrrk2 mice.

Blocking agent

50% TBS (20 mM Tris, 0.5 M NaCl, pH 7.5), 50% Odyssey blocking buffer (Li-Cor; 927–40,000) for 1 h.

Primary incubation

1:2,000 dilution in 50% TBS-T (20 mM Tris, 0.5 M NaCl, pH 7.5, 0.1% Tween 20), 50% Odyssey blocking buffer at 4 °C overnight.

Secondary incubation

1:15,000 dilution IRDye® 800CW Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (LiCor: 926–32211) at RT for 1 h.

Detection

Li-Cor platform.
