Cultured dorsal root ganglia (DRG) neurons and purified Schwann cells (SCs). Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer.

Secondary incubation

Horseradish peroxidase-linked secondary antibodies (Cell Signaling Technology, Danvers, MA).

Detection

X-ray films.
