WT and Lamtor1-deficient bone marrow derived macrophages (BMDMs). WB: Whole cell lysates, lysis buffer A (50 mM Tris HCl (pH 7.4), 150 mM NaCl, 1 mM EDTA, 5% glycerol, 2% n-octyl-b-D-glucopyranoside, and 1% Nonidet P-40 (NP-40)).

WB: 1:2,000 dilution.

WB: 1:50,000 dilution horseradish peroxidase conjugated secondary anti-rabbit IgG (GE Healthcare, NA934V).

WB: ImageQuant LAS 500 (GE Healthcare).
