Skeletal muscle from control and LAMP2-deficient patient. Cells were lysed using buffer consisting of 1% Triton X-100, 0.1% sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), 150 mM NaCl, 50 mM Tris-HCl, 5 mM Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA), and proteinase inhibitor cocktail (Roche, 04-693-124-001).
