Sample

Kidneys from control floxed and Six2-KL−/− mice. WB: Kidneys were homogenized and extracts were centrifuged. IHC: Tissues were dissected, fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde overnight, and subsequently embedded in paraffin.

Blocking agent

IHC: 4% normal serum.

Primary incubation

IHC: primary antibodies at 4°C overnight.

Secondary incubation

WB: secondary antibodies were from LI-COR Bioscience (Lincoln, NE).

IHC: Alexa Fluor conjugated secondary antibodies (Invitrogen).
