Immunohistochemistry

Sample

Freshly dissected small intestine from wild-type and Ki67 -/- mice.

Formalin fixed and paraffin embedded.

Blocking agent

TBS pH 7.4 containing 5% dried milk powder and -.5% Triton X-100.

Blocked for 1 hour at room temperature.

Primary incubation

Overnight in blocking buffer (1:300).

Secondary incubation

Fluorescently labelled secondary antibody in PBS containing 0.1% Triton X-100.

Detection

DAB with hemotoxylin counter staining.
