Immunocytochemistry

1% BSA, 0.05% Triton-X100 and 30 min in 1% BSA in 0.05% Triton-X100; 1 mg/ml polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP; Sigma).
IF: 1:750 dilution in blocking buffer for ∼16 hr at 4°C.
