1:1,000 dilution in Tris-buffered saline with Tween (T-TBS) containing 5% non-fat dry milk at 4 C overnight.

1:10,000 horseradish peroxidase-conjugated goat anti-mouse diluted in T-TBS.

ECL (Pierce, Thermo Scientific, Rockford, IL) and imaged using a Gel Logic 1500 imager (Kodak, Rochester, NY).
