PBS with 0.1% Tween 20 (PBS-T).

Primary incubation

1:500 dilution.

Secondary incubation

1:10,000 dilution anti-mouse HRP (Jackson ImmunoResearch, 115-035-003) PBST and incubated with the membranes for 1 h at RT.

Detection

Clarity Western Enhanced Chemiluminescence Substrate (Bio-Rad) and visualized with Fusion-SL (PeqLab).
