Control and LIrs2-KO mouse liver. Frozen tissue was homogenized in buffer A (25 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.4, 10 mM sodium orthovanadate, 10 mM sodium pyrophosphate, 100 mM sodium fluoride, 10 mM EDTA, 10 mM EGTA and 1 mM phenylmethylsulfonyl fluoride).

Primary incubation

1:2,000 dilution.

Secondary incubation

Horseradish peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibodies.

Detection

ECL detection reagents (Amersham Biosciences, Buckinghamshire, UK).
