This is a knockout-validated antibody summary, based on the publication "The Golgi apparatus acts as a platform for TBK1 activation after viral RNA sensing", as cited below [1]. Labome curates formal publications to compile a list of antibodies with unambiguous specificity within Validated Antibody Database (VAD).

Summary: Mouse monoclonal IgG against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 175-188 of human IKKε/TBK1/NAK/IKBKE/IKKI/IKKE.
Immmunocytochemistry.
Cells grown on coverslips were fixed in 4 % paraformaldehyde in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) for 10 minutes, and then permeabilized by incubation with 0.15 % Triton X-100 in PBS for 15 minutes.
Non-specific binding sites were blocked by incubating cells in a solution of 2 % BSA in PBS for 1 hour.
1 hour at room temperature or overnight at 4 °C.
A Leica SP5 confocal microscope (Leica Microsystems, Wetzlar, Germany) equipped with a 63× oil immersion fluorescence objective.
