5% non-fat dried milk/Tris-buffered saline-Tween 20.

Primary incubation

1:1,000, at 4C overnight.

Secondary incubation

horseradish peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibodies for 1 h at room temperature.

Detection

enhanced chemiluminescence and exposed to X-ray film (Thermo Fisher Scientific).
