Blocking agent

5% non-fat milk in TBS containing 0.1% Tween-20 for 30 min at room temperature.

Primary incubation

1:500 dilution in blocking solution.

Secondary incubation

1:10,000 dilution goat anti-mouse IgG IRDye 680LT-conjugated (926-68020) or IRDye 800CW-conjugated (926-32210, LI-COR Biosciences) in blocking solution.

Detection

The reactive bands were detected using an Odyssey infrared imager (LI-COR Biosciences).
