Western blot

WT and N-Ras-/-, H-Ras-/- and H-Ras-/-/N-Ras-/- mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs). Cells were lysed in a buffer containing HEPES 25 mM, pH 7.5, 150 mM NaCl, 1% NP40, 10% glycerol, 0.1% SDS, 1% sodium deoxycholate, 10 mM MgCl2, 2 mM EDTA and Protease Inhibitor Cocktail from Sigma-Aldrich (catalog number P8340).

5% milk in 0.1% Tween-20/PBS.

1:3,000 anti-rabbit horseradish peroxidase (Bio-Rad).

Enhanced Chemiluminescence Detection Kit (Amersham, Arlington Heights, IL, USA).
