Sample

WT and Grb2-KO DG75 cells. Cells were lysed with lysis buffer composed of 50 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.8), 137 mM NaCl, 0.5 mM EDTA, 1 mM sodium orthovanadate, 10% (w/v) glycerol, 1% (w/v) NP40 and a protease inhibitor cocktail (Sigma Aldrich, P2714).

Secondary incubation

HRPO-coupled secondary antibodies (SouthernBiotech).
